Designed for modern living, this rug is fully compatible with underfloor heating, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of a warm floor without compromise. The natural materials ensure a breathable and healthy living environment, maintaining their appeal and texture through years of daily use.

Each rug is finished to a high standard, reflecting the care put into its creation. Whether placed in a central living area or a private study, its presence adds a layer of depth and character that enhances the overall feel of your interior.

Design

The design features a deep forest green background, reminiscent of a lush meadow, scattered with delicate, minimalist motifs. These small, colourful accents add a playful yet understated visual interest, allowing the rug to blend seamlessly into various decor styles without overwhelming the room.

Its round shape softens the angular lines of furniture, creating a balanced and inviting focal point. The choice of soft, natural hues and simple patterns emphasises a calm, organic aesthetic that celebrates simplicity.

This rug is created through a skilled hand-knotted process, a technique that requires patience and dedication. Artisans spend significant time carefully tying each knot, ensuring a robust and well-constructed piece that maintains its shape and integrity over time.

The human element of this production method is evident in the final result, as the slight variations in the weave give the rug its unique, soulful character. By choosing a hand-knotted piece, you are supporting traditional craftsmanship that has been refined over generations to produce lasting home textiles.

The scale of effort involved in creating a rug of this quality is substantial, with the process often taking several weeks to complete. This investment of time and human skill results in a durable product that brings an authentic sense of warmth and history into your home.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
You may notice some shedding on your rug - this is completely normal and a sign of its high-quality natural fibres. The shedding will gradually lessen over time and does not affect the rug’s quality or lifespan. Regular hoovering with gentle suction and occasional brushing will help manage loose fibres and keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

For added safety, stability and floor protection, we recommend using an anti-slip pad underneath the rug (sold separately).
Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Care instructions

Do this

Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.

Avoid this

Do not wash
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
