We zijn er trots op deel uit te maken van de organisatie CARE & FAIR. Hun missie is om de levensomstandigheden van tapijtwevers in India en hun families te verbeteren door middel van onderwijs en gezondheid.

Onderhoud

Draai uw vloerkleed regelmatig om kleurveranderingen en ongelijkmatige slijtage te voorkomen.
Gebruik een conventionele stofzuiger in plaats van een robotstofzuiger om schade aan het tapijt te voorkomen.
Als u een losse draad op uw vloerkleed ontdekt, gebruik dan een schaar om deze voorzichtig af te knippen. Trek niet aan de draad om schade te voorkomen.
Het kan zijn dat uw tapijt wat pluist - dit is volkomen normaal en een teken van de hoogwaardige natuurlijke vezels. De pluisting zal na verloop van tijd geleidelijk afnemen en heeft geen invloed op de kwaliteit of levensduur van het tapijt. Regelmatig stofzuigen met een zachte zuigkracht en af en toe borstelen helpt om losse vezels te verwijderen en uw tapijt er jarenlang mooi uit te laten zien.

Installatie

Tijdens het transport kunnen vouwsporen ontstaan. Dit betreft geen fabricagefout en is eenvoudig te verhelpen. Draai het vloerkleed gewoon om, rol het strak op en laat het een paar uur liggen. Leg ten slotte je vloerkleed uit en wacht een paar dagen totdat je vloerkleed plat op de vloer ligt.
Wanneer u uw nieuwe vloerkleed uitpakt, kunt u een lichte geur opmerken. Dit komt doordat het vloerkleed tijdens het transport stevig is ingepakt. Dit is normaal en verdwijnt na een paar dagen.
Zorg ervoor dat uw vloer volledig droog is voordat u het vloerkleed plaatst.
Houd er rekening mee dat vuil, stof of vocht dat onder een vloerkleed vastzit, vlekken of krassen kan veroorzaken op gevoelige vloeren.

Onderhoudsinstructies

Doe dit

Behandel gemorste vloeistoffen onmiddellijk om vlekken te minimaliseren. Dep het aangetaste gebied voorzichtig af met een vochtige, ongeverfde doek. Wrijf nooit, omdat de vlek hierdoor verder in de vezels kan dringen. Bescherm de vloer onder het tapijt door ervoor te zorgen dat deze tijdens het reinigingsproces goed wordt afgedekt.

Voor moeilijk te verwijderen vlekken raden wij u aan contact op te nemen met een professionele tapijtreiniger voor hulp.
