We take pride in the origin and integrity of our products, ensuring they are crafted with care. This piece is produced in India, where traditional skills are applied to contemporary designs to create something truly special for your home. By choosing this rug, you are investing in a piece that brings both beauty and functional comfort to your interior.

Design

The design features a striking, abstract composition that plays with bold shapes and a vibrant colour palette. The interplay of blue and pink tones creates a dynamic visual rhythm that draws the eye and anchors the space with a modern, artistic sensibility.

The pattern is thoughtfully balanced, using organic forms and intentional colour blocking to create a sense of movement. Its clean, graphic aesthetic makes it an ideal choice for those looking to add a touch of personality and creative energy to their home decor.

This rug is hand-tufted by skilled artisans who bring the complex, abstract design to life with precision. The process involves punching individual strands of wool into a cotton foundation, a technique that allows for the creation of bold shapes and clean lines that define this piece.

Creating a rug of this nature requires significant time and attention to detail. Each artisan uses a tufting gun to carefully follow the pattern, ensuring that the density and texture of the pile remain consistent across the entire surface. This human element of production is what gives the rug its unique character and long-lasting quality.

The combination of wool pile and a sturdy cotton backing ensures that the rug maintains its shape over time. This careful construction process is a testament to the effort and expertise poured into every piece, resulting in a durable and beautifully finished floor covering that reflects a high level of craftsmanship.

80% Wool

Wool is a fantastic natural fibre with many benefits, it is durable and hard-wearing, which means that a rug made from wool can be used for several generations and maintain its quality. They are an excellent choice for keeping your rooms warm during the cold winter months and can reduce noise from everyday life. The material also has a natural dirt-repellent effect which makes wool rugs easy to keep clean. Wool has a natural elasticity, which means that when the pile is pressed down, it can easily bounce back to its original shape.

20% Cotton

Cotton is a natural material that makes them a suitable option for people with allergies. The material is soft, durable and resilient, which makes them practical and comfortable for high-traffic areas such as the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
Shedding is a natural characteristic of wool and table-tufted cotton, and with this rug you can expect some loose fibres throughout its lifetime. It doesn't affect the rug's quality, durability or look. Hoover regularly with gentle suction and without a rotating brush, and brush the surface lightly now and then to lift loose fibres.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

For added safety, stability and floor protection, we recommend using an anti-slip pad underneath the rug (sold separately).
Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Cleaning instructions

Do this

Spot clean only.
Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.

Avoid this

Do not wash
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
