One-of-a-kind

KunduzHand KnottedRug

Dark red / Black194 x 298 cm

Bring warmth and character to your home with this distinctive Kunduz rug, originating from the rich crafting traditions of Afghanistan. Measuring 298 x 194 cm, this spacious piece creates a welcoming focal point in living rooms, dining areas, or studies.

Woven entirely from 100% wool, the rug offers a wonderfully soft yet sturdy surface underfoot. The natural pile provides excellent sound absorption and natural insulation, helping to make your living space feel cosy and grounded throughout the year.

Featuring a knot density of 90,000 knots per m2, this rug offers a dense and durable pile that maintains its plush feel and crisp pattern definition even under everyday use. A higher knot count means the wool fibres are packed closely together, creating a resilient surface that resists flattening and stands up to daily life.

Because this is a truly one-of-a-kind piece, no two rugs are identical. This exact combination of colours, patterns, and individual artisan touches exists nowhere else, ensuring you own a unique work of functional art that cannot be replicated.
