Return made easy…
I purchased a rug which was delivered within one week. Unfortunately, the colour was not what I expected and I raised a return request. I received instructions on making a free return immediately. I spoke to a very helpful lady to make sure I was following the instructions correctly. The rug was collected by UPS and arrived at Rugvista 7 days later and my credit card was refunded.
