The rug is slightly darker than we were expecting, but that is something that happens when relying on online orders. Shipment was efficient, but unfortunately the rug was folded rather than rolled, so we now have to live with some creases until they eventually settle out. Perhaps it would be a good idea to include a rolled shipping option on the web site.
Quite expensive but it looks lovely.
