Kazak carpet from Afghanistan.
These carpets are hand knotted in Afghanistan, and the design is inspired by Russian and Caucasian geometric patterns. The wool is top quality, and unlike the carpets made in Pakistan, these are a little thicker and the colours are more intense.

This company has excellent merchandise & honest & pleasant staff, the only experience I found worrying was the time lapse in replying to my queries about my payment being accepted. Purchasing goods from abroad can be very worrying especially costly items, so feedback can be vital. I think if more attention was given to customer queries & replies in a speedy manner it would greatly improve the experience.
