The rug purchased was exactly as described with a deep rich navy pile and it looks amazing in our hallway. The quality is excellent and all of my extended family members have commented on it when they came over. Delivery was prompt and fully traceable via FedEx. I would strongly recommend.
Excellent , no complaints
The surface is rough, not scratchy or anything, but not smooth.The pile is upright and not combed to one side, and fairly thick, so it cushions your step pretty well even though the pile density is lowish. I bought it to sit on and I like it well enough for that. The color is uneven and I'm not sure that's easy to appreciate in the photos. There's a variation close up and also dark stripes all across the carpet. I had expect a lot of shedding in the beginning, but I didn't see much on the first vacuum. Just bought it — we'll see how it holds up.
