Good experience with RugVista
My fiancee found a RugVista carpet on the Web that we both liked the look of. I purchased it and a week later, very well packed, it completed its journey from Sweden to our home in Portugal. The whole process was very smooth. We are happy with the carpet although we feel that its photo gave the impression of its having a weave that was tighter than it turned out to be.

Great Company, rubbish payment method for UK
I did have some initial problems with the rug I ordered being out of stock. The payment method is not my preferred way. Klarna are bad at refunds and should only be used for credit. The rug came back in stock while the refund was still being processed which was taking a week, and ended up being revoked and put back on the now in stock rug, thanks to the help of customer service. The rug came after about 5 days of new order being placed, and is beautiful. Apart from troubles with the original order, and Klarna; I found it was a good experience. Issues were handled quickly and politely. I cannot give 5 stars for this reason alone. I'd still purchase from RugVista again. 5 stars for customer service. 1 star for Klarna who handled the payment. 5 stars for the rug quality and price.
