When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, shipping (see information further down on this page) and, if applicable, duty if any of the countries mentioned on this page is the shipping address. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world rug market.
We always offer at least one free shipping alternative.
All deliveries are handled by FedEx/UPS. We are unable to ship to box addresses.

For orders that are placed on weekends or after 14.00 the delivery time is counted from the following working day.
The order is completed once we have received full payment. If you pay by card we receive the payment instantly. If you pay by bank transfer it may take one or two days longer.
We offer a warranty on all products purchased from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your rug. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.
100 day money back guarantee
As a private person you have 100 day money back guarantee. You can return your rug within 100 days and get your money back. The rug has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the rug the same way as it was when you received it. We cover the costs of return shipments from the United Kingdom, Ireland as well as the other countries of the European Union. For all countries outside the European Union that, aren't part of the United Kingdom, the customer pays for the return shipping costs.
When sending back a rug you first have to contact us It is your responsibility that the rug arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the rug is well packed.
We cover the costs of return shipments from the United Kingdom, Ireland as well as the other countries of the European Union. For all countries outside the European Union, that aren't part of the United Kingdom, the customer pays for the return shipping costs.
When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited. If we receive returning goods without the proper return dispatch note the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense. If a product is returned and is not in the original condition, the return will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will not be refunded for the product and will be responsible for shipping costs if they wish to have the product returned to them.
VAT free for companies within the EU
Companies that are VAT registered in an EU country other than Sweden and that can show a valid EU VAT number will not be charged VAT. The prices on the website are shown with VAT; the VAT is drawn at checkout after you have logged in or registered. We deliver only to the address where the company is registered. All orders placed with us by any company will be considered as a B2B order. For these orders there can be exceptions in regard to returns, shipping fees and general terms and conditions. CarpetVista.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with Klarna, DIBS, Handelsbanken, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through DIBS Payment gateway to your bank.
If you don't like to use a credit card you can transfer the money direct to our bank account. You have to pay the complete amount in 5 days or you order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your rugs as soon as your payment is received.
We accept payments via PayPal in EUR, USD & SEK. You can pay using your PayPal balance or via credit card. However, there is a restriction on paying for goods produced in Iran using PayPal. We collaborate with Klarna to offer payments by invoice. Pay after delivery within 30 days of your purchase with no charge. If you do not pay within the due date - Klarna may charge late fees and interest rates. If you would like to extend your due date prior to the deadline; please get in touch with Klarna. When you choose to pay against invoice, a standard credit review will be undertaken at check-out and Klarna runs a cross check against your personal credit report. Monthly installment payments
Through a partnership with Klarna, we are able to offer you the opportunity of splitting up your payment. There are several options to choose from and you choose the number of month's over which you wish to pay at check-out. Please note that you can at any time during the payment period choose to pay off the entire remaining debt at no additional cost. As a Klarna debit account holder you can have anywhere from 1 000 SEK to 50 000 SEK on your down payment account. Any purchase you make through Klarnas debit account service will be compiled to your monthly billing account.
Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged rug or the wrong number of rugs please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to FedEx/UPS/DHL when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to FedEx/UPS/DHL as soon as they are discovered.
Goods in the "seconds" classification have minor flaws or faults which are shown in the description of the item.
Customized/bespoke orders If you are interested in ordering larger quantities and/or customized items, then contact our B2B support at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details in regard to what is possible. For these occasions a separate contract will be provided by us to be signed and agreed on by the two parties. Keep in mind that for customized/bespoke orders there will be an extended delivery time and that we charge a 30 % non-refundable down payment once the agreement has been made. This down payment needs to be finalized before we can go forward and order the items from our suppliers. All orders need to be paid in full, if and when rugs are in stock, before anything can be sent out from our warehouses.
Rugs that are not received by the customer and returned to us
Carpets that are ordered and not received or are returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 395 SEK including VAT for our administration costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.
Confidentiality when handling personal information
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
CarpetVista.com will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
The gift certificate is only valid for purchases of products sold by CarpetVista and cannot be combined with other gift certificates. The certificate is valid until and including the date shown on the certificate. If you buy a rug with your gift certificate and decide to return the rug, you will receive another gift certificate with the value of the rug, less the shipping costs incurred during the return. If you have any balance from a previous purchase on your gift certificate, you may use it for a rug purchase. But if you purchase a rug with a higher value than the gift certificate you should pay for the difference by bank transfer. The gift certificate should be considered as cash, since it has a value and you should take care of it. CarpetVista will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates.
