Excellent firm to deal with. Arrived right at the beginning of the time slot so I wasn’t waiting around for a couple of hours. The rug is just as I ordered, it’s a risk ordering online but we are so happy with our new wool rug. Exactly as advertised. Thank you.

The rug exceeded expectations but FedEx - BOO.
The rug exceeded expectations. We are very satisfied with RugVista. Hoever, FedEx were dreadful. They took a week longer than expected to even get from Sweden to Germany, both in the EU so Brexit is not to blame. They eventually gave me a delivery date and latest time. Nothing came before that time (6pm) and no notification, with us waiting in the house thumb twiddling. The website amended the time to 'end of the day'. No sign. The following day I went online to see that it had in fact just arrived at the local depot. Waited in again. I saw in online reviews that they are famous for missed deliveries (and indeed lost articles). I will avoid, in future, any company that uses FedEx for delivery.
