The pile has a beautiful lustre which is reminiscent of pure silk, but is made from viscose, which provides a very soft and comfortable rug to walk on. The warp in the rug is made from cotton, which provides a stable and durable rug. The back of the rug is made from a thin protective layer of latex, which improves safety and minimizes the risk of it from sliding around in its place.
